KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, MILTON H. MOSLEY, ;
whose present address is 289 Ardsley Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida,
do hereby nominate, appoint and constitute DIANE MOSLEY, whose
present address is 289 Ardsley Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida, to
be my aqent and true and lawful attor~ey to act in, manaqe and
conduct all my affairs, and for that purpose, in my name, and on ~
my-behalf, to do and execute and acknowledqe to the same extent as
I could if present in person, the followinq acts, deeds and thinqs:

Any and~all bills of sale of personal property that may
be owned by me; ~
Any and all receipts and acknowledgments for money }
payable to me; -
To ask, demand, sue for, recover and receive all swns of ~
money, debts and things of whatsoever nature or descrip- t

same, with or without covenants of warranty as my attor-

To deposit any money which may come into her hands as
such attorney with any bank in my name, and to withdraw
and employ as my attorney shall think fit, any such
money in the payment of any debts or other such obliga-
