~ 2 Fuada for Taxes amd Insuraace. Subject to I.ender's option under patagraphs 4 and 5 hereof, Borrower

~ shall pay to Lender on the day monthly installments of Tirincipal and interest are payable under the Note, until
the Note is paid in full, a sum (herein "Funds") equal to one-twelf-th of the yearly taxes and sssessments which
~ may attain priority over this Mortgage, and gronnd rents on thc Property, if any, plus one-twelfth of yearly pre- '
~ mium installments for hssard insurance, plus one-twelfth of yearly premium installments for mortgage insurance,
~ if any, all as reasonably estimated initiaUy and from time to time by I.ender on the basis of as.~essments and bills
