-r THIS AGREBMENT made and entered into this day

of 1974 , by and between JACK CRAIN and MARY LEE ~0
CRAIN, his wife, hereinafter called the parties of the first t~
part; and DIRK WAYNE ANDERSON and JO ANN ANDERSON, his wife,
whose mailing address is 120 Roselyn Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida
33450; hereM nafter called the parties of the second part,
W I T N E S S E T H:
That if the said parties of the second part shall first
make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned
on their part to be made and performed, t~e said parties of
the first part hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure
to the said parties of the seccsnd part, in the estate aforesaid,
and their heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns,
in fee simple, by a good and sufficient deed, the following
described property, together with all improvements thereon,
lying, being and situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 20, Block 3, of the replat'of SUNSET PARK
SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on f ile in
Plat Book 11, page 28, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
And the parties of the first part covenant with the parties of the
E second part that they are indefeasibly seized of tlie above
