County, Florida, to secure an original indebtedness of Seven
Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($7,200). The parties of the first
part specifically covenant and agree to hold the parties of
the second part harmless with respect to said mortgage lien
and debt and not to permit said indebtedness to become in default
and further covenant and agree that prior to or at the time
of the discharqe of the indebtedness secured by this agreement
for deed, they will cause the real property described herein
to be released from the lien and operation of said mortgage
by a satisfaction of mortgage in recordable form.
The parties of the second part hereby further covenant
and agree to pay to said parties of the first part as consideration
therefor the sum of Twenty-Two Thousand Dollars ($22,000), which
shall be payable at 800 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450,
with interest from date at the rate of 9$ per annum, in monthly
installments, as follows: $177.03 on the 21st day of January,
1975, and a like sum on the corresponding day of each like
succeeding period thereafter until the whole be fully paid.
~ Each installment first shall be applied in payment-of
~ the interest and then on the unpaid balance of the principal
sum. If default is made in the payment of any installment when
4 due, then at the option of the parties of the first part, their

~ successors or assigns, and without any other notice, all the ~

s - remaining installments shall be due and payable at once. Privilege
is given to pay two or more installments at any installment

~ maturity date, but this shall not extend the time of maturity

~ of any subsequent installment. ;
