MARLOW and MILDRED M. MARLOW, his wife, in favor of 0. C. THOMPSON and I.UCILLE THOMPSON, his wife, and recorded in official records book 210 at page 2025, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the real property more fully described in said mortgage, and a certain mortgage bearing date the 16th day of July A.D., 1970, made by PATRICIA ELLISON and ~ ~ f ~ JOHN ELLISON, her husband, in favor of 0. C.
