and Settlement Stipulation to this Court for its approval, and the Court being i

~ of the opinion that the sum of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) to

i the minor, through his parent, is a-fair, full and adequate consideration for

~ that certain minor as a result of the accident resulting in injuries involved ~

herein, the Defendants denying liability therefor and that the settlement is ~
~ i
; beneficial to the said minor, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
i
` ~ it is thereupon;

j ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, DENNLS KEITH ~

~ i~ HAMMETT, a minor by and through his next friend, natural guardian and ~

parent, do have and recover from the Defendants, DAVID LEWLS HOWLES 3

€ ;i and STANDARD GUARANTY INSURANCE COMPANY, the sum of FIVE

c ~ THOUSAND DOLLARS ($S, 000. 00) . It is further;
