JUDGMLNT
This action was tried before the Court. On the evidence
presented, it is Adjudged:
1. That Plaintiff, DI-COM CORPORATION, recover from
Defendant, HARCAR ALUMINUM PRODUCTS COMPANY, the sum of $4,488.73
plus a reasonable attorney's fee for Plaintiff's attorney in the
sum of $1,000.00, for which let execution issue. Jurisdiction
is retained for the purpose of taxing Plaintiff's costs at a `
later date. -
2.. That the deposit made by Plaintiff, DI-COM CORPORATION,
' with the Clerk of this Court in the amount of $5,042.41 as evi-

denced by that certain certificate of transfer to deposit dated
~ February 9, 1972, and recorded in Official Record Book 199 at
i ~
~ page 1620 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, be j
~
~ returned to Plaintiff, less statutory fees due the Clerk of the
~
~ Court for holding said deposit.
