LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The East 50 feet of that part of Section 9, ~
Township 36 South, Range 37 East which lies
north and west of State Road 70; the South
50 feet of Sections 4, S, and 6 of Township 36
South, Range 37 East; the West 50 feet of
Section 6, Township 36 South, Range 37 East;
the West 50 feet of Section 31, Township 35
South, Range 37 East; and the West 50 feet
of Section 7, Township 36 South, Range 37
East, all in St. Lucie County, Florida.
The purpose of this Easement for Ingress and Egress
is to provide access to and from that certain property
described in those certain mortgages from Cow Creek Ranch,
Inc. to Farmer's Production Credit Association which mortgages

are recorded in O. R. Book 166, page 665, public records of ~
Okeechobee County, Florida, and recorded in O. R. Book 236, t
page 200 and rerecorded in O. R. Book 236, page 1369, public ~
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. When said mortgages
have been paid in full and satisfied of record, then this
' Easement for Ingress and Egress shall cease and terminate.
