FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 14th day of February, 1975, and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between LLOYD J. BARNHILL,
JR., Husband, and PENNY JO BARNHILL, Wife, be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from

~ the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obli-
~ -
~ gations arising therefrom.
~ _ 2. PROPERTY: The oral agreement entered into whereby the parties

~ hereto agreed that the Husband would receive from the jointly held property
~ the freezer, bed, rings, stove, and truck, and pay Two Hundred Dollars
~ ($200.00) to the Wife's attorneys as partial payment of attorneys' fees,
~
~ and that the Wife receive the living room furniture, two black vinyl chairs,

~ two twin.beds and headboards, little air conditioner, lamp, dresser, re-
~ .
~ frigerator, table and chairs, couch, and the automobile, is ratified and
~ incorporated by reference herein, and the parties are ordered to comply
;

- therewith.
