In consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of a1.00 and other good and
valuable consideration which 1/we have received, i/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to Fiorida
Power & Light Company an~i. ~ts~ ~~rs and assigns an easement for the constn~ction, operation and main--
tenance of elect~ic utility facilities (including wires, potes, guys, cables, conduits, transformer enclow~e3 and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove wch facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or c~les of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our property described
as follows; .
A guying easement commencing at the NW corner of the SW1/4 of
the SWl/4, Section 17, ~+ownship 35 South, Range 40 East; thence
run South 100 feet to a point of beginning; thence continue
South 47.4 feet to a point; thence East a distance of 30 feet
to a point; thence South a distance of 10 feet to a point;
~ thence West a distance of 30 feet to a point; thence North a
distance of 10 feet to the Point of Beginning. Al1 the above

Commencing at the NW corner of the SW1/4 of the SWl/4, Section
17, Township 35 South, Range 40 East; thence run South 100 feet
