In conside~ation of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Comp~ny of $1.00 and other good and
valuabie consideration which 1/we have received, 1/we and those hoiding through me/us, grant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its wocessors and assigns an easement for the oonstruction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, cables, conduits,
to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstnict, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove wch facilities or any of them; to pernnit the attachment of conduits, wires or c~les of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep cle~r all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endar~ger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our property described
as follows;

The North 200 feet of the South 450 feet of the W 1/2 of the NE 1/4
of the NE 1/4 of Section 30, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St.
Lucie County, Florida, less road R/W.
The easement more particularly described as the West 10 feet adjacent
to and parallel with the East R/W of Rogers Road.
