valuable oonsideration which I/we hava:tqoeivqd, I/w~e and those holding th~ough me/us, grant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its wccessors and assigns an easement for the construction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, oonduits, transformer enclowres and ~
appurtenant equipmentl to be installed from time to time; with the cight to reoonswct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, .wires or cables of any
other Compa~y or person; al9o, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upo~, under, and across my/our property described
as follows;
