MORTGAG~: MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
Re: Real Estate situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, legally
described as:
The South 88.1 feet of Lot 13 and the North 25. 40 feet of
Lot 15, Block 3, SUNRISE TERRACE SUBDIVISION, as
recorded in Plat Book 5, page 55, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida. .

WHEREAS, HARRY DIJKHUIS is the Owner of a first mortgage
encumbering the above described real property bearing date of December
20, 1973, recorded in O. ft. Book 222, page Z00, St. Lucie County, Florida,
public~records, securing a promissory note therein deacribed; the same ~
havuig a balance due December 20. 1974 in the ag8regate sum of Twenty
Thousand Dollars ($20, 000. 00); and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto for mutual considerations wish to re-
vise the terms of payment thereof; ~
THER,EFORE, IT IS AGREED that the unpaid balance of said indebted-
ness upon the date of this Agreement is Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20, 000. 00),
and that the undersigned hereby promises to pay said amount on or before one
(1) year from December 20, 1974, with interest at the rate of 10% per annum,
interest payable quarterly. ,
In all other respects said note and mortgage shall remain in full force
and effect, and the i~ndersigned promises to pay said indebtedness as herein
stated and to perform all of the obligations of said mortgage aa~rein revised.
