MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEM~NT
Re: Real Estate sitauted in St. Lucie County, Florida,
legally described as:
Lot 11, Block 1, STAR SUBDIVISION, as per plat
'-thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, page 67,
of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida
WHERSAS, HARRY DIJKHUIS is the Owner of a first mortgage
encumbering the above described real property bearinq date of
F'ebruary 20, 1974, recorded in O. R. Sook 224 at paqe 218, ~
St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, securinq a promissory
note therein described; the same havinq a balance due this date
in the aggregate sum of Ten Thdusand Dollars ($10,000.00); and
WAEREAS, the parties hereto for mutual considerations wish to
revise the terms of payment thereof;
THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED that the unpaid balance of said
indebtedness upon the date of this Aqreement is Ten Thousand
Dollars ($10,000.00), and that the undersiqned hereby promi~es to
pay said amount on or before one (1) year from February 20, 1975,
with interest at the rate of 10$ per annum, interest payable
quarterly.
In all other respects said note and mortgage shall remain
in full force and effect, and the undersigned promises to pay
said indebtedness as herein stated and to perform all of the
obligations of said mortgage as herein revised. ~
