:he Grantor, as owner of the real property located in
St. Lucie County, Florida, described in the attached Deed
- being a portion of Section 23, Township 36 South, Ranqe
40 East, desires to and does hereby,impose upon the said
re~Z property the following res~rictions and covenants:
1. Any residential construction on the~premises
shall contain not less than 1000 square feet of living
~.rea exclusive of carports, attached garaqe and porches.
2. No livestock, exceptin g only horses and cattle,
shall be kept or ~aintained on the premises at any time.
3. No poultry shall be kept or maintained on the
p:,~:~ises for commercial purposes.
. 4. No dog kennels, cat kennels or other kennels
:nay be maintained on the premises at any time for
conunercial purposes.
5. There shall ~ot be created or permitted to exist .
on any part of the said property any dumping qround, accu.?~u-
lations of debris, exposed garbage, or any foul smelling
matter whatsoever.

If any person sha11 violate or attempt to violate ,

shall be lawful for any other person or persons o~aning any
real property situated in said section to prosecute any
proceedings at law or in equity against the perons or person
