~he Grantor, as owner of the real property located in
St. Lucie County, Flo~ida, described in the attached Deed
being a portion of Secti~n 23, Township 36 South, Ranqe
40 East, desires to and does hereby impose upon the said .
re~l property tY~.e fol2ocving restrictions and covenants:
l. Any residential construction on the~premises
shall contain not less than 1000 square feet of living
area exclusive of carports, attached garage and porches.
2. ~o livestoc~, excep~in g only horses and cattle,
shall be kept or mair.tained on the premises at any time.
3. No poultry shall be kept or maintained on the
~remises for comrr.ercial purposes.
4. `o dog kenr.els, cat ~ennels or other kennels
~ay be maintained on the premises at any time for
co.~v~r~Ercial purposes.
5. There shall not be created or permitted to exist
on any part of the said property any dumping ground, accumu-
lations of debris, exposed garbage, or any foul smelling
:na ~ter whatsoever.

7. If any person shall violate or attempt to violate

any of the covenants, restrictions or easements herein, it

~ r~al. property situated in said section to prosecute any
~ pr~ceedings at law or in equity arainst the perons or persor,
violating or attempting to violate the same and either to
prevent r.irc~ or thera from so doing or to recover damages for ;
such violation. ~

3. Tne foregoing restrictions, covenants, burde;~s =

~~nd servitudes shall run with the land and shall remazn in
