The Gra.~tor, as owner oz the real property located in
St. Lucie County, Florida, described in the attached Deed
being a porti:,n of Section 23, Township 36 South, Range
40 East, desires to and does hereby impose upon the said
real property the following restrictions and covenants:
l. Any residential construction on the-premises
shall contain not less than 1000 square feet of living
~raa exclusive of carports, attached garage and porches.
2. No livestock, exceptin g only horses and cattle,
shall be kept or maintained on the premises at any time.
3. No poultry shall be kept or maintained on the
premises for commercial purposes.
4. No dog kennels, cat kennels or other kennels
may be naintained on the premises at any time for
corimercial purposes.
5. There shall not be created or permitted to exist -
on ~y part of ti~e said property any dumping ground, accumu-
lations of debris, exposed garbage, or any foul smelling
r,atter whatsoever.

~ any of the covenants, restrictions or easements herein, it

real property situated in said section to prosecute any
~roceedings at law or in equity against the perons or person ~
violating or attempting to violate tne same ar.d either to
prevent him or them from so do~.ng or to recover damages for
such violation.
~ 8. The foregoing restrictions, covenants, burdens

~ ar.d servitudes shall run with the land and shall remain in
~ iull force-and effec~ unti2 June 1, 1982 at which time they
snall automatically become null and void and of no further
effect.
