:he Grantor, as owner of the real property located in ~
St. Lucie County, Florida, described in the attached Deed ;

being a portion of Section 23, Township 36 South, Ranqe ,
. y0 East, desires to and does hereby impose upon the said
real property tho following restrictions and covenants:
l. Any residential construction on the•premises :
shall contain not less than 1000 square feet of living
area exclusive of carports, attached garage and porches.
2. No livestock, exceptin g only horses and cattle, ~
shall be kept or maintained on the premises at any time.
3. No poultry shall be kept or maintained on the
preraises for commercial purposes. ~
4. No dog kennels, cat kennels or other kennels ~
~may be maintained on the pre~ises at any time for ~
commercial purposes.
5. There shall not be created or permitted~to exist • ;
or. any part of the said property any dumping ground, accu:~u- ~
lations of debris, exposed garbage, or any foul smelling ;
matter whatsoever.

f 6. No tents, shacks, or other structure of a temporary :
~ cnaracter shall be used as a residence or as a place of -
~ business, ten~porarily or permanently on any part of the land
~ (other than temporary structures used durinq construction of
6 permanent buildings).
~ 7. If any person shal2 violate or attempt to violate
~ any of the covenants, restrictions or easements herein, it
$ shall be lawful for any other person or persons owning any
~ real property situated in said section to prosecute any
proceedings at law or in equity against the perons or person
~ violating or attem.pting to violate the same and either to
~ prevent him or them from so doing or to recover damages for
~ such violation. ~

~ 3. The foregoing restrictions, covenants, burdens 1
~ and servitudes shall run with the land and shall remain in ~
~ full force and effect until June 1, 1982 at which time tY~.ey
~ shall automatically become null and void and of no further ~

effect.
