1. Any residential construction on the•premises i

area exclusive of carports, attached garage and porches.
2. No livestock, exceptin g only horses and cattle, ,
shall be kept or maintained on the premises at any time.
3. No poultry shall be.:cept or maintained on the
pre:nises for commercial purposes.
4. No dog kennels, cat kennels or other kennels
:aay be maintair~ed on the prenises at any tine for
commercial purposes.
5. There shall not be created or permitted to exist
on ar~y part of tne said prop~rty any dumping grour,d, accunu-
iations of debris, exposed garbage, or any foul smelling
