The Grantor, as owner of the real property located in
St. Lucie County, Florida, described in the attached Deed
oeing a portion of Section 23, Township 36 South, Range
. 40 East, desires to and does hereby impose upon the said
real property the following restrictions and covenants:
l. Any residential construction on the•premises
shall contain not less than 1000 square feet of living
area exclusive of carports, attached garaqe and porches.
2. No liv~stock, excepting only horses and cattle,
shall be kept or maintained o:~ the premises at any time.
3. No poultry shall be kept or maintained on the
pre:nises for commercial purposes.
4. No dog kennels, cat ~cennels or other kennels
may be maintained on the premises at any time for
co:nraercial purposes.
5. There sr.all not be created or permitted to exist ~
on any part of the said property any dumping ground, accumu-
lations of debris, exposed garbage, or any foul smelling
, natter whatsoever.
' 6. No tents, shacks, or other structure of a temporary -
' c'c,uracter shall bc used as a residence or as a place of ~
E business, temporarily or permanently on any part of the land j

~ 7. If any-person shall violate or attempt to violate
~ uny of the covenants, restrictions or easements herein, it
shall be lawful for any other person or persons owning any
real property situated in said section to prosecute any
proceedings at la~~ or in equity against the perons or person +
violating or attempting to violate the same and either to
~ prevent him or them from so doing or to recover damages for
~ such violation. ~ ;
~ 8. The foregoi:~g restrictions, covenants, burdens
~ and servitudes shall run with the 3and and shall remain in
~ full force and effect until June 1, 1982 at which tine they
~ shall automatically become null and void and of no furtt~.er ~
