S. INDUSTRIES INTERNATIONAL, INC., etc., et al., Defendants. FINAL JUDGMENT " This matter came on for hearing before the Court on the 21st of February, ~.975, on the Counterclaim of the Defendant, CARL CARLTON, for wages and trucking due. All parties were represented by counsel and evidence was taken. Based upon the evidence the Court finds that the Counter-claimant, CARL CARLTON, is entitled to recover for trucking in the amount of $15,317.45 and for wages through July 31, 1974, in the amount of $14,345.75 against the Gb-defendant, M. S. INDUSTRIES INTERNATIONAL, INC. ' I The Court further finds that no evidence was presented to sustain a claim against the Plaintiff, CAMBER CORPORATION, for said wages or f ~ trucki~g and the Court therefore directs the verdict in favor of the ~ Plaintiff, CAMBER CORPORATION. ~ WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Defendant, CARL CARLTON, recover on his Crossclaim from the Defendant, M. S.
