herein "Mortgagor," whether singular or plural, in consideration of conveyance
of real property hereinafter described by VENTURE OUT IN AMERICA AT INDIAN
RIVER, INC.~(fornierly known as HOLIDAY OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC.), herein
"Mortgagee," and to secure payment of the balance of the purchase price by Mort-
