COUNTY DEED
THIS DEED made this day of ~-a"` " , 1975,
from ST. LUCIE COUNTY, garty of the first part, to GE RGE L. ENGLAND,
SR. and KATHERINE E. ENGLAND, his wife, parties of the second part, whose
mailing address is 101 North 37th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida.
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in ~

consideration of the sum of $1.00 to it in hand paid by the parties
of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, :
bargained and sold to the parties of the second part, their successors ~
and assigns, forever, the following described land, lying and being in ~
St. Lucie County, Florida: ~

Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 7, Block
1 of Wilbuwe Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book ~
6 at page 24 of the public records of St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, thence run east along the south _
line of said Lot 7 16 feet to the Point of Begin- ~
ning; thence continue east along said lot line
65.9 feet, more or less, to the southeast corner
of said Lot 7; thence run southwesterly along the
road right of way 100.59 feet to a point; thence
run north parallel with the east line of Lot 6,
Block 1 of said subdivision to the Point of Begin-
ning.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said party of the first part has caused these
presents to be executed in its name by its Board of County Commissioners
acting by the Vice Chairman of said Board, the day and year aforesaid.
