R. Book 207 Page 74 , granted and conveyed ~nto FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein pa~ticularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of Seven Hundred Seventy Five~~g~}~ts~~~ No/100 RS, Said aortgage having been modified by instrument dated May 11, 973~i~~ with interest as therein mentioned: RecoYded ifl O.
