diacussion was the inatallation of a nev sink of tha defendant. This
Court ia unsure as to the diacussion concarning the aink, hoWever, the
plaintiff's ~+~orkmen came and atarted the inatallation. Rotte~ wood
was diacovered and the dafendant aak that tha old sink be reinatallad.
Though thie dicision ia difficult for Che Court, tha defendant acquieaced
in the aervicea of the plaintiff and should b4_respon4ible. It is
ORDBRBD AND ADJtmGBD that the plaintiff do have and recovar
of and fraa the defeadant the sum of $136.87 plus the coat of thia action
