jury and the Court finding that the defendant , Drapery Boutique, having failed to
comply with agreement to the Judge, _
is indebted to the plaintiff , Gulfstream Broadcasting Co.
in the sum of $ 880. 70 ; therefore:
It is Considered~ Ordered and Adjudged that said plaintiff do have and recover of and from said
defendant the sum of $880.70 , damages together with the costs in this behalf expended and herein
