to the Declaration of Condomiriium thereof, recorded in

Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This conveyance is subject to and by accepting this deed
the Party(s) of the Second Part do hereby agree to assume the
following: .
- l. Taxes for the current year and subsequent years.
2. ~ Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations,
easements and other matters of record.
3. The Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached

4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions-of Ocean Village Property ~
Owners' Association, Inc., a Florida non-profit
j corporation, the provisions of which documents run with
; the land. The Grantee(s) assumes the obligations of a
