Purchaser, by acceptance and e~:ecution of this Receipt,
acknowledges that this purchase o~ a condominium_unit at OCEAN
VILLIIGC OF 11UTC~IIi1SON ISLA2dD is subject in every respect to the
Declaration of Condominium as to the condominium in whi.ch his unit
is located and ~xhibits attached thereto, including Uut not li.mited
to (whether the satae are attached to the Declaration or referred to
therein), the IIy-Lac~s o~ the Association, Articles of Incorporation, ~
the Rules and Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy ~
of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser,
and all Amendments to the aforesaid.Declaration and Exhibits and the
Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and
Restrictions of the Pro~erty Owners' Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said
Declaration, its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan,
and acknowledges that each and every~provision of the foregoing is
essential to the successful operation and management ot the Conclo-
minium property and is in the best interests and for the benef it of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the ~
aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and i
every provision of said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and conf irms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration .of Condominium
and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under
the Property O~,mers' Association documents referred to above and the
provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Pur-
chaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Prop~rty Owners' Association has encumbered
and irapressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to -
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the ~aid Declara-
tion o= Covenants and Restrictions oi the Prop~rty Owners' ~.ssocia--
tion and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the Property ;
