ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the pleadings filed here-
in and the Court being fully advised in the premises; it is,
ORDBRED AND ADJUDGED that the agreement~between the parties
hereto to-the effect that ROBERT E. ELLIS would convey all of his t
right, title and interest in and to the property previously owned
by both of_them and recorded in Official Record Book 179, at page
102, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in return
for which SANDRA L. HAMILTON agrees to waive all back support and
obligations on the part of ROBSRT E. ELLIS, including child support
up to and including D~cember 31, 1974, be and the same is hereby. _
affirmed; and, it is further,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that ROB$RT E. ELLIS shall have rights of
reasonable visitation with the minor child of the parties, SANDRA
` DENISE HAMILTON; and, it is further,
