atten Road; in Section 17, Township 35 South, Range 40 East;' thence
wn North along the West right of way line of Totten Road 150 feet;
hence West 70 feet; thence South 164.7 feet, more or less, to the
North right of way line of OkeeGhobee Road; thence Northeasterly
along the North right of way lir~,e of Okeechobee Road 70.4 feet more
or less, to the point of beginning, less a portion thereof described

Begin at the intersection of the North riqht of way line of Okeechobee
Road and the West right of way line of Totten Road and run Northerly

beginning of a curve concave to the Northwesterl~r, having a radius of
70 feet; thence run Southwesterly 92.13 feet along the arc of said
