called Principal) , as Principal, and T}lE HOME INSUI2ANCE COriPANY,
a New Hampshire corporation with executive offices at 59 Maiden
Lar.e, rew York, New York, (hereinafter called Surety), as Surety,
and their respective successors and assigns, are held and firmly
~ bound unto KelZer Building Products of Ft. Pierce of 4051 S. Federal
Highway, Ft. Pierce, Fla. (hereinafter called Lienor), con-

, ditioned upon th~ payment of any judgement which may be rendered
in favor of Lienor for the enforcement of the liens recited in
Exhibit A anne~;ed hereto and made a part hereof in the respective
amounts of $ 504.39 as set forth in said Exhibit A
inclusive of the amount of the lien, 6~ for three years and $100.00
for any cost which may be taxed in these proceedings, the payment
of which the Principal and Surety bind themselves, their successors
and assigns, jointly and severally to the Lienor by these presents
pursuant to Section 713.24 of the Florida Statutes.
