and their respective successors and assigns, are held and firmly
bound unto TYLANDER LUI~ER CO. , INC. of 3103 Oleander
Avenue, Fort Pierce, F1a.33450 ,(hereinafter called Lienor), con-
c~itioned upon the payment of any judgement ~vhich may be rendered
in favor of Lienor for the enforcement of tlie l.iens recited in
~xhibit A annexed hereto and made a part hereof in the respecti~•e
amounts of $ 21,787.97 as set forth in said Exhibit A
inclusive of the amount of the lien, 6$ for three years and $100.00

fo~ any cost which mav be taxed in these proceedings, the payment
of which the Principal ar.d Surety bind themselves, their successors
