EXECUTOR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed this 31,~ day of January, A. D., 1975,

deceased, Party of the First Part, and JAMES B. CAMPBELL, Party of the ,

~e Party of the First Part, pursuant to power of sale contained
in the Will of the above-named decedent, and in consideration of the premises
and the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, con•~eys and confirms
to the Party of the Second Party, his heirs and assigns forever, the real
property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
An undivided 1/2 interest in Lot 18, Block M,
PLAT OF HARMONY HEIGHTS, Plat Book 8, Page 24,
recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie
Countv, Florida;
AND ' -
An undivided 1/2 interest in Lots 19 and 20,
Block M, PLAT OF HARMONY HEIGHTS, Plat Book 8,
Page 24, St. Lucie County, Florida, Public Records.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
~ appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second Part, his
` heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
