This cause came on for trial the 6th day of March, 19'75, and the
Court having given full ~consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject ;

matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists

trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~

! ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
' 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between HAROLD EDWARD

I PULLUM, Husband, and VERA EUNICE PULLUM, Wife, be and the same is hereby
~ dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from

; the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obli-

~ gations arising therefrom.

~ 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. VERA EUNICE PULLUM be and she is hereby
~ authorized to assume her former name of VERA EUNICE HENDRIX, and to use

~ the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
