MAINTENANCE CONSENT AGREEMENT

recognizing the value oi my (our) property ~d those neighboring properties is dependent upon proper
mainten~ce ~d up~eep hereby authorize ~d give my (our) consent to tne following:
1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its successors or assigns, shall notity
the undersigned in writ~ng at the address indicctted betow (or at such other address as may be desig-
` nated by the undersigned from time to time) ihat the said premises are not in a reasonable state o!
appearanee ~d repcar consistent with the general uppearonce cmd state ot repair of other properties
within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repc~irs, maintenance,
etc., set forth in said notice within 15 days after receipt ol same.
2. II the undersigned shall (ail or refuse to accomplish 1he required repairs or mairitenance, '
etc., within the prescribed time, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORA'fION, its successors or assigr,s.
acting by cmd ihrough its duly auihorized agents may come upon the premises for the purpose of doing
the necessary work. Provided, however, that such work shall be limited to lawn and yard mainten~ce
~ to prevent ~ overgrown or unkempt appecff~ce, and to painting and minor repairs to the exterior o!
ihe building or buildings, situated on the premises in arder to prevent an unsightly or unsate conditifl?~.
3. As to cmy casis or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
~ cesscrs or assigns, in bringing about ~d accomplishing the work reierred to in the noti~e, the under-
