except that of a first mortgage to Southeast Mortgage Company,
P. O. Box 10$71, Miami, Florida. The party of the first part
specifically covenants and agrees to hold the parties of the second
part harmless with respect to said mortgage lien and debt and not
to permit said indebtedness to become in default and further
covenant~ anc~ ag~:~s that prior ta ar at the tim~e of the discharge
of the indebtedness secured by this agreement for deed, it will
cause ~the real property described herein to be released from the
lien and operation of said mortgage by a satisfaction of mortgage
in recordable form.
? The parties of the second part hereby further covenant
and agree to pay to said party of the first part as con~idera-
zion tYieLziar the sum af Twen~r-tw-o Thousan~ L~~lars ($22,QOQ.QO) ,
which shall be payable at 800 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida,
33450, with interest from date at the rate of 9$ per annum, in
monthly installments as follows: $177.03 on the 21st day of
March, 1975, and a like sum on the corresponding day of each like
succeeding period thereafter until the whole be fully paid.
' Each installment first sha11 be applied in payment of

If default is made in the payment of any installment when due,

~ then at the option of the party of the first part, its

: successors or assigns, and without any other notice, all the

~ remaining installments shall be due and payable at once.

~ maturity date, but this shall not extend the time of maturity

of any subsequent installment.

1. To pay all taxes, assessments or impositions that may
