(22j Notices given hereunder shall be sent by certified mail, unless otherwise requued by law, addressed, unless and until
some other address is designated in a notice so given, in the case of the Government to Farmen Home Administration, United
States Department of Agriculture, at Gainesville, Florida 32601, and in the cue of Borrower to him at his post offce address
stated above.
(23) Bonower will at all times properly fertilize, cultivate, care for, and maintain in a productive condition all the grovc
and orchard trees now on the property or hereafter planted thereon, and will protect the groves and orchuda against lou or
damage by fue by making and maintaintag proper fuebteaks on and around the property, to ehe satisfaction of the Go~ernment,
and in the event Borrower fails so to do, the Govcrnment is hereby authorized and empowered to enter in and upon the
premises and to fectilize, cultivate, care for, and place in a productive condition the grovu and orchards and make and maintain
firebreaks on and around the same and the cost and e:pense thereof shall be paid by Bonower immed'utely upon presentation
of an itemued statement thereof and if not so paid same may be paid by the Government, in accordance with and subject to
che provisions of this mortgage; and Borrower will noc top-work the grove or orchard trees without first obtaining the written ~
consent of the Government.
(24) If any provision of this instrument or application thereof to any person or c'vcumstances is held invalid, suchr
invalidity will not affect other provisions or appliutions of the instrument which can be given effect without the invalid
provision or application, and to that end the provisions hereof are declared to be sevenble.
