6. By this order, the Husband and Wife shall be the owners, as tenants in ~

; common, of the following described yacht:
1966 Hatteras Sedan Yacht-34 feet in length
• 7. The Court finds that the Husband made a gift to the Wife of the 1974 EI
' Dorado Cadillac and by this order the Wife is the owner of said automobile free
and clear of any encumbrances. ~

f 8. The Court has determined that the Husband failed to overcome the pre- '

~ sumption of a gift when he deposited approximately $140, 000.00 in the parties ;
~ joint checking account, which were the proceeds from the sale of corporate stock ;

# legal right to withdraw the sum of ~60,000.00 from said joint checking account
