That for payment of the sums set forth in paragraph : four~ the Plaintiff has a lien upon the real property situate in ~ i St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: ' ; ~ Lot 3 of S AND N SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1G at page 8 of the public records of St. Lucie County, - Florida.
