evidence, and the jury having heard the evidence introduced,
charges of the Court, argument of counsel for the respective
parties, and having retired to consider their verdict, did return f
~ to open Court on the 27th day of February, 1975, and rendered
the following verdict:
"We, the jury, find for the plaintiff, GLADES GROVES,
INC., a Florida corporation, and against CARL CARLTOPI,
; and assess its damages in the sum of $45,000.00.
