evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties ~

are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.

5. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby en-
joined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or ~
annoying the other.
6. FEES AND COSTS: Jonathan Lee Slack is hereby ordered

to pay the Wife's attorney $175 towards his services, the same `
