EXECUTOR'S DEED _ ~
THIS EXECITPOR'S DEED, made the 3~ day of March , A.D., ~

1975, by WALTER H. REEVES, as Executor of the-Last Will and Testament of
J. P. REEVES, Deceased, hereinafter called the grantor,~to WALTER H. REEVES,
as sole beneficiary under the Last Will and Testament of J. P. REEVES,
Deceased, whose postoffice ad3ress is: 122 Lake Drive, Griffin, Georgia,
herei.nafter called the grantee : °
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and
'Tgrantee" include all the parties 'to this
instruirnent and the heirs, legal representatives
~ and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations.)
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of $1.00 and other valuable considerations, r~ceipt whereof is hereby
ac}aiowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in
i St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

recorded in Plat Book 4, ~age 41, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ Thi.s conveyance is executed in pursuance of Order of Distribution

- entered in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, in and

" for St. Lucie County, Florida, in the Estate of J. P. Reeves, deceased,

~ under date of February 24th, 1975, and the Executor covenants that in all

`c~ things in and about the administration of the Estate of J. P. Reeves,

w deceased, he has conformed with the statutes of the State of Florida and
the Orders of Court, as requi.red by law. ~
