CASE NO. 72-554-C~ ~ IN RE: The_Marriage of ~ JAMES GIBSON, Husband, and ~ KAYE FRANCES GIBSON, Wife. ; ~ FINAL JUDGMENT ~ DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~ This cause came on for trial the 7th day of March, 1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~ . ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ; 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JAMES ~ ' F F GIBSON and KAYE FRANCES GIBSON be and the same is hereby dissolved, ~ f ; and the parties and each of them are hereby forever fre~d from E ~ the obligations arising therefrom. ti ~ 4 & ~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of DAWN S. GIBSON and KIM L. GIBSON, g ~ minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to KAYE FRANCES ~ 3 GIBSON, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JAMES GIBSON. ~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the /L{ day of March, 1975, ~ ~ JAMES GIBSON shall pay to KAYE FRANCES GIBSON the sum of $20.00 ti ~ eacl~ and every week, for the support of the children named above. ~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by hi.m remitted promptly to KAYE FRANCES GIBSON. In addition ~ ~ there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to ' be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Al1 payments shall r3 be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
