temporary relief, including temporary alimony, attorneys' fees,
restraining order, possession of the house and the requirement
that the husband keep in force certain medical insurance for the ~

benefit of the wife, and the Court having heard the arguments '

of counsel, having given full consideration to all the evidence f
and being.otherwise advised in the premises, it is thereupon '

! ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

~ 1. That the wife be allowed to withdraw $101.00 from

E the joint checking account of the parties located at the First
; National Bank of Ft. Pierce; ~

~ 2. That the wife be given temporary exclusive pos-

~ session of the house located at 191 Jardain Road, Ft. Pierce,

~ Florida;

~ 3. That each of the parties is hereby enjoined and

restrained from interfering with, harassing, annoying, molesting, ~
~
or bothering the other party, or otherwise upsetting the quiet
; ~
enjoyment of life by the other party; ;

- 4. That the husband is hereby required to maintain

' the Blue Cross/Blue Shield Medical Insurance Policy for the =

benefit of the wife; and '
S. That the request for temporary attorneys' fees
by the attorneys for the wife, is hereby denied at this time.
