BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, authorized to administer
oaths and take acknowledgements, personnally appeared OWEN C. SCHWADERER,
who being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the PRESIDENT of FLORIDA HEFITAGE GROUP, INC.
the owner and seller of the fallowing described property,
to wit:

2. That said apartment has been fully completed and the full
contract price, as well as the cost of any extras or modi-
fications has been fully paid. That all persons performing
any labor or furnishing any materials on or in connection
with the erection or completion of said apartment have been
fully paid. That any and all persons performing services as
architect, landscape architect or engineer, and all persons
whomsoever doing any work upon said apartment or upon said
real property, or furnishing or fabricating any materials for i
or which went into the construction of said apartment have
been fully paid.
3. That the owners or prospective purchasers of said property
have applied for and are arranging a mortgage loan upon said
property from
which mortgagee herein requires to be title insured, ~
and said mortgagee will not make the said loan and TITLE & TRUST
CO,iPANY OF FLORIDA, to whom an application for Title Insurance
has been made, will not insure said mortgage to be a first mortgage
lien upon said property, except upon assurance that any and all
claims for material, labor and other service, costs, charges and
expenses in, upon, about, or in connection with said apart~rent and
; the erection thereof have been and are fully and completely pa.;::
and discharged; that this affidavit fs made to meet such requirements
~ and to induce said mortgagee to make said loan, and said TITLE ~
! TRUST COriPAATY OF FLORIDA to issue it's policy of Title Insurance,
~ as required by said mortgagee.
