FIRST AMENDMENT TO '

THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
OF
LA SAGRA CONDOMINIUM
LUCILLE V. COSTA, INC., the owner of all apartments in
La Sagra Condominium, hereby amends the Declaration of Condo-
minium of La Sagra Condominium dated September 25, 1974, and
recorded in Official Record Book 232 at page 1163 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as follows:
ARTICLE XVI - Maintenance of Community Interests. Sub-
paragraph tb) of Article XVI-A-ii is hereby deleted. Subpara-
graph (b) of Article XVI-A-iii is hereby deleted. Subparagraph
(b) of Article XVI-A-v is hereby dsleted. The following is
~ hereby added as Paragraph E to Article XVI:

~ Proviso. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions,

~ no apartment owner may dispose of an apartment or any

~ interest in an apartment by lease without approval af
? the developer until all apartments have been closed and
