say as follows:
That the individual described as 0. N. HARDWICK as one of

the grantees in that certain Warranty Deed dated February 4, 1965,
recorded in 0. R. Book 112, Page 412, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida and that person described in that certain death
certificate as OTHA NIX HARDWICK, are one in the same individual.
That your affiant EVA GENEVA HARDWICK and said O. N. HARDWICK were
husband and wife on February 11, 1934 as indicated in that certain
, Warranty Deed recorded in 0. R. Book 112, Page 412, Public Records
