It appearing from the evidence before the Cburt that JOHI~1 WESLSY
WHITS ha8 villfully failed and refused to pay the child support as required
by the Adjudication of Contempt of this Court entered on the 13th day of
November, 1974, and is, as of this date, in arrears $273.00, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt
of this Court but may purge himself of thie contempt by hereafter paying

~ the $273.00 arrearage plus $9.50 Court Costs at the rate of $20.00 per week
