It appearing from the evidence before the Court that GERALD ~
GERHARD has willfully failed and refused to pay the child supgort as ~
required by the Final Judgment of this Court entered on the 12th day of
July, 1974, and is, as of this date, in arrears $250.00, it is ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt ~

of this Court but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying

; the $250.00 arrearage plus $9.50 Court Costs within thirty days. This

payment to be in addition to the regular $25.00 per week child support
~
~ payments provided for in the Final Judgment. If Respondent does not purge
~ -
~ himself of his contempt as provided above, he sha11 be required after ~

s notice to appear before the Court for sentencing.
