In consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of $1.00 and other good and
valuable consideration which 1/we have received, 1/we and those hoiding through me/us, grant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its successors and assigns an easement for the construction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, a~~'~'

the size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to pe~mit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any :
